About Me
Architect with experience in the School, Healthcare, Graduate Accommodation, Private Residential, Hotel and Cultural sectors.
I originally joined RHP in Cambridge after completing my MArch at the Welsh School of Architecture in Cardiff, undertaking a design thesis exploring urban rehabilitation. Previously I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Bath, where I developed my ongoing interests in the sensory experience of Space, the use of natural light and materials, and discovered my passion for social and environmental responsibility in contemporary design.
A diverse range of projects has enabled me to engage with different sectors, from education to residential and healthcare. My day-to-day experience includes early concept design and client consultation work through to leading project team coordination and leading teams in producing packages of information for construction.
In addition to project responsibilities, I have been heavily involved in developing the use of BIM collaboration at my current practice, taking the lead in project team collaboration on a number of projects to deliver successfully coordinated schemes to site.
Previously, I have worked for Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios in Bath, and Foster + Partners in London, where my experience included high quality residential accommodation and a major cultural venue. Closer to home, I worked on refurbishing an Edwardian eye hospital into a boutique luxury hotel, urban masterplanning, residential schemes and a major university library project.
